What types of products and services can I exhibit at the show?

The Essential Baby Show is open to a wide range of exhibitors in the baby and family industry. This includes products for pregnancy, baby items, clothing, toys, health and wellness items, feeding accessories, safety products, educational tools, and services like parenting classes, photography, and childcare services. If your business offers something that helps parents or families, it’s likely a good fit for our events.

What is included as an exhibitor?

As an exhibitor, you’ll receive a dedicated trestle table at the event, where you can display your products, showcase your services and interact with attendees (local parents = your next customers!) Your welcome to sell your products, take sign-up’s for your baby group and offer exclusive show discounts should you wish. It’s completely up to you! We also provide promotional opportunities before, during, and after the event, including exposure on our website and through event marketing. All confirmed exhibitors will be shared on our social media, pre and post event. Additional benefits include networking with other exhibitors, and the ability to gather customer feedback

Whats the expected footfall at The Essential Baby Show?

The Essential Baby Show attracts thousands of attendees throughout our network of events, all eager to discover new products and services for their families. While foot traffic can vary depending on the time of day and the location, we generally see a steady stream of visitors throughout the event.

We choose venues with footfall in mind, for example, our South Yorkshire event is held at the fantastic Yorkshire Wildlife Park which attracts a significant amount of visitors.

We also schedule various activities and attractions, such as mini photography sessions, first aid talks, live baby group tasters and product demonstrations, to keep attendees engaged.

How frequent is the Essential Baby Show?

The Essential Baby Show is held at various locations in the U.K throughout the year. We currently have 4 events planned for 2025, with more in the pipeline.

Our families love it when brands have a special offer available on purchases on the day, and often use the show as an opportunity to discover and buy unique gifts, clothing and products - as well as sign up for baby classes and services.

What is the cost of exhibiting at The Essential Baby Show?

We have a competitive fee of £75 for a 6 ft trestle table or £120 for a double space (12 ft trestle table). We supply the tables and chairs, all you need to bring is yourself and a table cloth!

Do you offer a discount on exhibitor spaces for not-for-profits / charities ?

Yes, we keep a small number of spaces available at a reduced rate (sometimes free of charge, depending on the location ) for charities. Please email us at hello@essentialbabyshow.co.uk for more information.

Can payment for my exhibition space be made via invoice?

Yes, send us an e-mail at hello@essentialbabyshow.co.uk and we can arrange an invoice for you.
